Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment for today?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, the full amount will be charged.
This is because your booking reserves a dedicated time slot. A late cancellation or no-show prevents others from booking that session.


I haven’t received a confirmation email. Is my booking registered?

Please check your spam or junk folder.
If you made a payment online but didn’t receive any confirmation, your appointment was not registered in our system.
In this case, please contact our customer service at 0613290235.


Where can I check my voucher’s validity?

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
⚠️ You can find the issue date in the email containing your voucher number.


Until what time can I contact you by phone?

Our customer service is available daily until 8:00 PM.


I’m allergic to fragrances/nuts. Can I bring my own oil?

Massage oil is included in the treatment.
Our oils are fragrance-free, but do contain sweet almond oil and grapeseed oil.
If you have doubts, feel free to bring your own trusted product.


My voucher has expired. Can I extend it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer extensions on voucher validity.


I have a preference for a specific therapist. How can I let you know?

You can always mention this when booking – either online or by phone.


I booked online but want to reschedule. Is it possible?

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by using the dedicated request form.
After that, our standard policy for cancellations and changes applies.


Can I exchange a voucher for cash?

No, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
According to law, voucher codes are considered equivalent to currency.


Do you offer erotic massages?

Absolutely not.
This is a professional massage and energy healing practice.
Any sexual requests or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund and will be reported immediately.
