I’m Isabella Rosponi, a licensed massage therapist and holistic practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting physical and emotional well-being through bodywork and energy healing.

Over the years, I have developed an approach that blends traditional methods with a modern, integrative view of health and well-being. By combining structure with intuition, and bodywork with energetic alignment, I offer treatments that are both grounded and transformative.

My practice integrates deep tissue massage, metameric techniques, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method), reflexology, Reiki and chakra balancing. Each treatment is tailored to support nervous system balance, postural realignment, and deep energetic reset.

My background includes working in clinical, rehabilitation and holistic studios across Italy and the Netherlands. I’m currently offering 1:1 sessions, therapeutic packages and small-group workshops.
